1/15: took my name and number and said they’d call back. 1/16: Still no call back. Called again, scheduled an appointment and asked for a rental. 1/18: Not aware of my request for a rental, but got one. T 1/16: Still no call back. Texted around 1pm asking for an update and was told they can’t look at my car for 5-7 days. Why schedule an appointment if you can’t look at it for several days later and pay a rental fee in the interim? More

The dealership was like a ghost town, very little activity, and many spaces were completely empty. I was disappointed to hear that I would have to leave my truck there for a week to have a diagnostic activity, and many spaces were completely empty. I was disappointed to hear that I would have to leave my truck there for a week to have a diagnostic done on an error message that is appearing. Scheduled maintenance for oil change, tire rotation, window cracks and door not closing.
