Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Prosper - Service Center

I brought my 2023 Jeep in for the Navigation to be updated. We found the update online, but it was $100. Being still under the warranty, I should not have to pay for this update. We dropped my Jeep off on Thursday and on Tuesday, they said it was ready. No update done at all!!! Am I satisfied? Absolutely NOT! More

Jeff Kingsley at the Shottenkirk Jeep Service Department helped get my issue addressed. He provided great customer service and communication.
