We actually went to another Ram dealer for a repair on our 2021 Powerwagon and were told it would be 48 hours before our pickup could be diagnosed. So we drove to Shottenkirk in Canton. The service depar our 2021 Powerwagon and were told it would be 48 hours before our pickup could be diagnosed. So we drove to Shottenkirk in Canton. The service department was great from check-in, diagnostic time, and repair. Entire process was completed in 3 hours. Shottenkirk had great follow-up making sure we were happy with our repair. We highly recommend Shottenkirk - very professional and they cared. Customer service was great!!! More
