I tried to buy a new RX350 for my wife in May 2012. I told the salesman that I did not want to go into Orange County to buy as I now live here in Palm Desert but I wanted a good price. He offered that car approx $1000-$2000 below the window sticker and would not quote a price beyond that. He kept telling me to "make an offer".... I then bought the car (over the phone) in Orange County for considerably less money without all the drama. I have told many friends about the poor experience and will continue to do so. More
