From start to finish, communication was excellent, the process was smooth and professional, and I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood. The vehicle was delivered right on time, exactly as promised, and every expectation I had was either met or exceeded. That is not always easy to accomplish when purchasing a vehicle from across the country, but this team made the entire process incredibly easy. The waiting area was pleasant, clean and fully stocked with coffee, tea, water and pastries. Yummy 🤗 Service Consultant Adrian Colon assisted me. It was a great experience being assisted by him. I went in due to battery issues and he went over other issues my vehicle needed immediate attention too. I was offered and sent on my way in a courtesy vehicle as the service would require leaving my vehicle overnight. Service Consultant Andrick Garcia welcomed me upon my return the following day when my vehicle was ready for pick up. It was an easy and quick pick up. My only complain is the courtesy vehicle entices us the customers to purchase or upgrade to a new model 🤭🤗 Thank you Shottenkirk Desert Lexus!! More
