A complete turnaround! We leased a UX seven years ago from the old location and although all went well during the lease, we wound up selling it and making a profit during We leased a UX seven years ago from the old location and although all went well during the lease, we wound up selling it and making a profit during the Covid shortage. Lexus at that time didn’t have an all electric vehicle so we switched to Hyundai/Genesis. What a difference seven years makes! Lexus is now located on highway 111 in a new massive structure. Sales, Service, Delivery, Lot areas are beautiful! Clean! Organized! You are greeted with a pleasant “How may I direct you to the proper agent?” , … or “Is there a way I can make your visit more pleasant?” No worriers of being mobbed by three or four staff members trying to make a sale. Sales staff are dressed comfortable, yet professional. Managers are presented in business attire. Service staff are designated in uniforms or identifying attire. ALL, and I mean ALL, greeted or acknowledged me with a smile, a nod, a hello, so I never felt ignored. Axel Perez and Bryan Sanchez were my sales staff. There were two because I was in a rush and only wanted to see and sit in the RZ350e. (I had already done research from several sources and narrowed down to Cadillac Optiq, Genesis GV60, and TheRZ350e.). Cadillac had a lot of goodies but dealership and reliability is sketchy. Genesis I already have and the new one has fewer standard options for more money and seat/steering gauges always seem uncomfortable to me. Soooo….Two days later I came back for a test drive, and original salesman was off, Axel allowed me to familiarize myself physically with the RZ, drove 2 miles, detailed answers and demonstrations in a shaded area. No pressure. It was always about making a perfect fit! Range or speed?… range. Sunroof no sunroof?… no. Color, price, etc? AND-THERE IT WAS! Now it’s time for finance. Lease, Finance, Buy? Great bonus specials. 3000 lease, 4500 0% finance. 6000 buy. 1000 military bonus. Greg Dominguez and Sean Marchese showed pros and cons. I chose lease. (It all depends on your needs, wants, and abilities.) Mo Attia gladly showed numbers and went over contract in finance office while turning chatter into laughter. Mindy Menjivar (Floor Manager) Delivered my vehicle, since Axel was helping another Lexus delivery, and she was both thorough and delightful. Service had detailed interior and exterior perfectly. The Ether Silver-Blue color is spectacular! Setting up Wi-Fi, app, users, etc. took about half an hour and it was well worth the time. So, there it is. I came prepared, I knew what I wanted, I was willing to listen. My Two experiences with Shottenkirk Desert Lexus. First time was very good. Second time was Great! More

I took my car in last minute on Friday afternoon to get a new battery and that was replaced. Also I had a nail in one tire which Lexus couldn't fix but sent me to American Tire to have it fixed.
