It only took them about and hour and when I was ready to pay out and was going over Everything they did, there had not been a tire rotation! Said it was not required. When I questioned the young man again he stated that the only reason it would be required was if the miles on my car where Highway miles. I explained that they were in fact highway miles and that the tires were supposed to be rotated. He then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t rotate till 10,000 miles. Or every other oil change.
