I just took my 2017 Edge in for its 55,000 mile check up and service which included a new battery. All check points were found to be acceptable the new battery installed, tires aired up and rotated carpeted and service which included a new battery. The people working are really nice. The guy that worked on my truck must not have a fender cover because of the oil and hand prints on the side. Asked for a tire rotation and oil change on a diesel. Was upgraded to different oil change without asking. When I got my truck back none of the tire pressure was adjusted and they mounted my rims on my truck backwards. Polished side in, I Showed them, and they didn’t understand. what they said and should have been an hour and a half ended up being 3 and a half hours. Watched them reinstall my tires and none were torqued. Had to ask them 2 different times to use a torque wrench. More
