Car was not ready when informed that it was. It was still on the rack with the hood up. Waited about another 15 min. The stop watch does not help. Everything was excellent except trying to contact them to have my car towed in. I called several times, got cut off, put on hold, no answer to service shop. I finally called an 800 number for the service and have my car towed in. I called several times, got cut off, put on hold, no answer to service shop.
