I have never left a bad review, but this place deserves it. I bought a vehicle from them in 2021, it was a horrible experience. We were there for over 10 hours we were pressured the entire time and when we it. I bought a vehicle from them in 2021, it was a horrible experience. We were there for over 10 hours we were pressured the entire time and when we did buy the vehicle we noticed that they had put mismatched tires on the vehicle. I asked them to make right on it they refused but eventually finally did it. Against my better judgement I gave them a second chance in 2026 and when I found a vehicle online I was interested in I called and talked to Keith Bramlett and at first he was nice but did low ball my trade. After coming closer to where I wanted to be on my trade in he made me feel pressured and became rude when I decided I was no longer interested. I had my husband call and talk to him just to make sure we were both under the same understanding and he again was very rude to my husband and ultimately hung up on my husband. I will NEVER use Shottenkirk for anything. More
