Jerry Adams, my service advisor at Shottenkirk Ford Service Department in Jasper, GA, took care of my 2018 Ford Escape, and provided, as always, exceptional service. The check engine light came on. Jerry had the problem diagnosed and was able to fit the Escape in for repair. He arranged a shuttle ride home for me, and a pickup after the repair service was completed. This within one day.
