Good sales tactics, terrible service after the sale. Vehicle was sold “as is” but had ant infestation, running issues, and needed an APIM computer module right after taking delivery. Finance manager h Vehicle was sold “as is” but had ant infestation, running issues, and needed an APIM computer module right after taking delivery. Finance manager had us sign a 3000 mile 3 month warranty form, but our salesperson said we had no warranty. We asked if they could help with these issues and sales rep said that they could chemically treat the truck but we probably wouldn't like the smell and we would have to leave it. She didn't address the running issue. I also asked if they could at least assist with a discount on the computer so we could install it ourselves. She said because we don't have a warranty probably not. The last thing I have asked her for is the door code so we can access the vehicle. She still hasn't gotten back to me after more than 3 weeks. When we were talking to her about the vehicle's condition, she said it was a smoke free vehicle. That turned out not to be true, as there are cigarette burns in three areas of the interior of the truck. We ended up fixing the ant issue and the running issue by cleaning the throttlebody. We also spent hours deep detailing the interior of the truck to eliminate the odor and the water stains in the headliner (the sun/moon roof had been replaced previously, due to a leak). We ordered the APIM computer from another dealer who very kindly gave us a discount (Jacky Jones Ford) and had them do the installation. We ended up paying roughly $1400 for the repair and a missing trailer brake that should have come with the truck since it had a trailer tow package. We believe this should have been covered under our 3000 mile 3 month warranty since we just bought the vehicle less than three weeks ago. More
