I had a pretty frustrating experience with communication during this process. Some of the services I requested weren’t even done initially, and no one caught it until I flagged it. When I reached out correct the issue I couldn’t speak with anyone. The receptionist would transfer me a I would get a voicemail. I had to constantly reach out for updates, and getting in contact or having calls returned was a real challenge. When I finally did, the invoicing was wrong – it started at $9,200 but got corrected to $6,700 after I asked for a review nor did I get a corrected number until after the work had been completed bb When I expressed my frustrations, the response was pretty dismissive – more of a “we’re short-staffed, this is the best we can do, deal with it” attitude. I get that staffing issues happen, but a bit of empathy would’ve made a big difference. In the end, the work seems to have been done properly, but the overall customer service experience was seriously lacking. I wasn’t in a hurry, didn’t haggle, and spent quite a bit. A little care and attention would have gone a long way in making the experience better. A service department should also provide customer service. More
