Communication was horrible. Was only called once over the week and a half that my truck was in service for what I was told would be a 2 day job. Sat on hold daily for long periods of time and multiple occasions just to be hung up on before I ever reached a technician. Was never offered a loner vehicle after the first couple days of the long service and once I asked was told that nothing was available. Finally the person that delivered my vehicle complimented me on how fast it could go which was very disappointing. More
