Came in for regular servicing. It all went as expected, but when completed and explaining details it was stated one tire was cut and bulging. I asked to see the damaged tire. Yes it needed to be replacing and I so instructed. Now unfortunely I had to go back in line for this work. I should have been shown this tire problem when it was first discovered. The whole job could have benn done in much sorter time than the two hours it took. Otherwise all was good as usual. Thank you More

We brought out 2019 Kia Sorento in for replacement of the Panorama roof glass because it self exploded while my wife was driving. They replaced the glass but in the process, damaged and pulled the paint off Panorama roof glass because it self exploded while my wife was driving. They replaced the glass but in the process, damaged and pulled the paint off the car on a roof panel and quarter panel. I got a repair estimate of $2300 dollars from a reputable body shop. FB Kia will not take responsibility for the damage they caused during the glass repair. Needless to say I will not be using this dealership for any further repairs or when buying a new car. Their loss, as I am in the market for 2 new cars. One for my wife and one for my daughter. More
