I was told when I pulled in that my update program would take about 1 1/2 hours! Even thought I had an appointment for 8:00am! But it was almost 2 hours later I had to ask what was taking so long! Sat for almost 3 hours for a recall… didn’t even look at one do the issues and have to come back because they didn’t have the part for an appt they knew about and what it was for.
