Was looking at used pickups and this new one popped up on my internet search. Called the dealership and talked to Randy Thompson in sales. The worst part of the deal was the 10 hour drive one way to pick it up but those hours amounted to thousands of dollars in savings. More

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced. I took my car back after less than 8 months of having new tires put on. One of the tires had a broken belt. I was initially told that experienced. I took my car back after less than 8 months of having new tires put on. One of the tires had a broken belt. I was initially told that it would absolutely be covered under warranty, which is expected for a broken belt after less than 8 months. I was then told later that it would "not be covered because it did not blow out". I asked them to look at the tire, and they could see it was a broken belt. The called back the next day to tell me it would be $80 to have them look closer to determine if the belt was broken. It is clear they did not want to cover the warranty. It is sad that a dealership would have such a horrible service department. You lost all future car sales over one tire. More
