I brought in my CRV because of a noise that I heard I wanted to see if it was just normal if or if it was something serious. Besides paying the regular diagnostics test to make sure that the car is doing wanted to see if it was just normal if or if it was something serious. Besides paying the regular diagnostics test to make sure that the car is doing OK because it did have a lot of miles on it I was also encouraged to pay to have the bumper replaced because I thought that’s where the noise was coming from when it turned out to be what they said was a air filter that was not a Honda part that was causing that noise. It turned out that wasn’t the problem either because once I drove off with the car it was making the exact same noise. I don’t think I’ll be taking it back to Honda from now on I’ll just take it to a regular mechanic no use in wasting that additional money. And honestly Jiffy Lube or something like that could’ve easily replace that part for a heck of a lot less. More

They are okay, but service is slow. Oil changes and tire rotation takes much longer than the Toyota dealership I take my other car to. And Shottenkirk requires an appointment. Very professional, was greeted on arrival by John who was expecting me. Was taken into town as a courtesy and could have opted for pick-up from town.
