The environment is clean and bright! Patrons have access to beverages and good comfortable seating. The staff is professional and friendly. One problem though was the wait time! It would have been better to have known before arriving that an oil change would take 2 1/2 hours! A simple banner on the sign up page would be a polite warning so one might be able too adjust plans and schedule! More
