I had called and made an appointment to have my oil changed. I was asked if Saturday ( July 7th) at 2:30 was okay. I said “sure that would be fine”. When I got to the dealership , parked my car at changed. I was asked if Saturday ( July 7th) at 2:30 was okay. I said “sure that would be fine”. When I got to the dealership , parked my car at the service department and walked inside. A lady approached and asked me how could I be helped. I told her I was here for for an oil change. The lady looked at her watch and stated “ we’re about to close”. I was confused and I stated I had made an appointment and was told to here at 2:30. I Then thought I had made a mistake. I asked her to check on the computer to see if my appointment was today. She looked it up and stated. “ yes.. I see it... and you must have spoken to .... ( I can’t remember the guys name, johnathan. Henry.). She sighed. I then said... I just called to make the appointment and I was offered to come in at 2:30. It was as if I was suppose to know who this person was who scheduled the appointment and I sneaked it in right before closing time. I was made to feel as if if I were a last minute burden to take care of so they could close up for the day. I don’t think I’m going back anymore. This is the second bad visit I’ve had at this dealership. The other time I was left to wait 2 hours so my tire sensor could be looked at. I was forgotten. A gentlemen apologized and had a tech look at my car. Within 2 minutes it was fixed. I had waited an extremely long time, forgotten about and what only took under 2 minutes to fix.. took 2 hours of waiting. More
