The original people that I worked with were wonderful, but when upper management stepped in, they became pushy, overbearing, and rude. Also, service was supposed to clean up our car, but we found crumbs a but when upper management stepped in, they became pushy, overbearing, and rude. Also, service was supposed to clean up our car, but we found crumbs all over the place still. Within one week of getting the car, a key fob battery had to be replaced. There are dealerships in this area with much better service that I will be sure to go to from now on. More

Your maintenance staff is very professional and courteous. My CRV was serviced within a reasonable amount of time. My only disappointment was the prive charged for the 45000 mikes service which w courteous. My CRV was serviced within a reasonable amount of time.
