I was told I needed new tires. The tires I purchased from Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville are under the 65k warranty. I was told there was no record of me having my tires rotate The tires I purchased from Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville are under the 65k warranty. I was told there was no record of me having my tires rotated. I remined them there was a pandemic and they should have been well aware the tires were purchased from them and honored replacing the tires since they are too dangerous to rotate, but not dangerous enough for me to head back on the rode to drive. I've talked to two different individuals and left a message for the person who is in charge of tire warranty. It's been over a week and no has yet to return my phone call. More
