I had been dealing with an issue with my 2020 Honda Accord for months and had tried other Honda dealerships to find the problem but could not get anyone to be concerned enough to find the problem. I called and talked to John in the service dept at Shottenkirk. He listened to my concerns and told me to bring it in. From the first time I talked to him I received awesome customer service from him. I left it with them for a few days and after getting it back it appears they have fixed my car. I am very pleased with the customer service and the courtesy I got from John and all the service team!! More

Left going to ED Voyles since their service has declined. Found i was close to Shottenkirk and decided to give it a try. Service attendant made me aware of other services available due to the mileage of the car, and tires needed and battery failing load test. She did not push when i declined. Honestly best service that i have had at any dealership. I may have bought my Honda from Ed Voyles, but Shottenkirk will have my business from now whether i have a Honda or not. More
