Virgie was helpful with my purchase of the Ridgeline. They did try to raise the price 2 to 3 thousand above what we had agreed upon when I put my deposit down on the truck. After completing the sale the dealership then contacted me to tell me they had lost my original $1500 deposit for the truck. Not quite sure how that can happen but they did cover the "stop payment" fee that my bank charged me. Getting my accessories installed has been great. The Service Dept. has been wonderful! More
The end result was good for me but my part had gotten lost and no one knew where it was because Mary handled it prior to her leaving for her new promotion. We have two Honda Pilots and bring them here often for service and repair. Our last visit was for a broken aft passenger window regulator, broken cable to lift the window. We took it in on Monday morning with a request for it back on Tuesday evening which they said was fine. I received a call Tuesday morning that it would be done late Wednesday afternoon. I call Wednesday afternoon for a status update and then was called back later that it was done. When I picked up the Pilot one would think that if you are working on a window that you would clean it afterwards. That is not the case here. The window was all smudged up and worse than when it arrived. I have often suggested to them that a little more care and detail would go a long way. I love the people, just need to tighten up on communication and clean-up. More
