Presently I am having some health issues. Because of this, I asked a good friend to take my CRV to the dealership and have the necessary work done while he waited. Since someone there "dropped the ball", they offered to pick up the car from me the next day and again return it to me. Now that kind of service is how to please a customer!! More

My Shottenkirk Service Advisor Mary Akins took excellent carte of me. She discussed my Honda's service needs and got the work started right away. Since I elected to wait in the Dealership Mary could come carte of me. She discussed my Honda's service needs and got the work started right away. It turned out a special part was required to complete the job so Mary told me she would call me when the part was received. This is a super Honda dealership with the first class service department.
