brought my car in for knocking noises & was told that the tie rod bolts were loose on all of the tires & they all had to be tightened & nowhere on the documentation was it notated. Always calm and helpful. I drive past two other Honda dealers to come back to you guys! I have had issues since I have one of the first 2016 pilots and hate that many times the issue is not acknowledge dealers to come back to you guys! I have had issues since I have one of the first 2016 pilots and hate that many times the issue is not acknowledged by Honda in a timely manor for me. However, it is running better now, I just hate that I missed the warranty window. More
