The inside of the dealership is very appealing to the eye and clean. I liked the fact that I was greeted by a receptionist instead of a salesmen. Everyone we dealt with were great. Very friendly. Tori was especially “bubbly”. 😊. We only had one issue and it didn’t have to do with a person, but a procedure. When Darian was going over the warrantie was especially “bubbly”. 😊. We only had one issue and it didn’t have to do with a person, but a procedure. When Darian was going over the warranties that came with the vehicle, there was no “break” where it was clear what exactly came with the car and what was extra. Several minutes into the presentation, I was thinking that this was the greatest warranty I had ever heard of! Shortly after that, I began to realize that there was no way all of these services could be included without additional cost. Again, Darian was great. No issue. I even mentioned to him that the presentation should include a clear understanding of what came with the car and what was extra. Simple fix. We did buy the 7 year bumper to bumper coverage, but we, like most customers, had a good idea of our maximum budget, so if we understood what warranties came with the car right off, we could have saved everyone a lot of time. We really liked the dealership and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from y’all again! Jim Anderson More
