Bcm recall and oil change. Was there 3 hrs. Car detailing or cleanup was shoddy, half assed at best. Sorry guys, wasnt a good job. Tried to say I needed a cabin filter when mine wasnt dirty, just detailing or cleanup was shoddy, half assed at best. Sorry guys, wasnt a good job. Tried to say I needed a cabin filter when mine wasnt dirty, just had leaf pieces that knocked out real easy. Had changed it at 10,000 mile mark still at less than 14,000 now. No way it needed changing again. Recommended fuel additive for cleaning, but cant tell any difference in mileage. Need to stay with what is absolutely necessary, not just try and add money to service ticket. Not wise and not kool. More

Overall, I had a positive experience. Chandler was my salesperson, and he was very professional. Just a couple of opportunities keep me from providing a higher rating. First, the buying process w salesperson, and he was very professional. Just a couple of opportunities keep me from providing a higher rating. First, the buying process was lengthy. I had to deal with the salesperson, then the sales manager and then the location manager before we could settle on a price. I felt that when I said "this is what I'm willing to do", they continued trying to pressure me to give more. Secondly, they let me leave the lot with "42 miles to Empty" left in the tank. I couldn't even make it back home and had to go directly to the gas station when I left the lot. Most of the experiences I have had buying a vehicle in the last several years either fill up the tank or at least don't let you leave with less than half of a tank of gas. Given I just bought a $38k vehicle, that really surprised me. More
