Too long of a wait for oil change and car wash. I was there for over 2 hours, when I was told an hour. A shuttle service may be in this dealer ships best interests fir the customers. My only complaint is the service department keeps over-inflating my tires Then after a short time...I get a low tire pressure warning and I have to return to get it checked.
