I was extremely happy with the deal we ended up with. However, everything was very slow. We had our deal worked out and agreed to remotely. The only thing we needed to do was work out financing. We had told them the rate we could get from our CU. For 3 hours they floundered to get us a better rate. We gave them the chance. So, we called our CU and had the approval in 5 minutes. THEN the manager seemed upset about losing the financing and said he could get us a better rate. He never made us feel uncomfortable, though. At that point it was the principle of it. If you can give it to me now, why couldn’t you give it to me before. We stayed with the CU financing. Other than that, dealing with the sales person and staff was pleasant. But we knew what we wanted and we knew the market pricing, so he didn’t need to sell us on anything. We did our homework and knew their inventory. Presented our offer and held firm. I hadn’t purchased a new car for 10 years, so don’t have much experience with other dealers. We were most comfortable there when we went to test drive which was mainly why we decided to give them the chance to sell us a car. We would do business with them again. More
I was happy with the repair, and happy with the 2 service advisors Kari and Angie. I was not happy with the amount of time it took for the repair, I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $100 that th advisors Kari and Angie. I was not happy with the amount of time it took for the repair, I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $100 that the VSC would not pay for labor. I thought when I bought the VSC, I would only have to pay the $50 deductible. I especially was not happy when I went to pick my vehicle up and the person who was there covering for Kari ( who was at lunch) did not acknowledge me being there for at least a minute, then gave me my keys, and pointed outside and told me my car was out there to the left in the parking lot. I had to walk out there and find my vehicle. Also, I am use to my car being washed when I pick it up from service. I bought my CRV here from Bob Corley, and he rolled out the red carpet, so I thought I would give the service dept a chance to fix my issues. From now on, I will drive farther, and pay more to take my car to Hendrix Honda in Newnan. They treat me like a VIP every time I service my car there, and they always deliver my car back to me washed and clean They would never make me go hunt for my car in the parking lot after it is serviced. Shottenkirt Honda service center really disappointed me, I had such high hopes after my buying experience was first class there. More

Price was good although closing took longer than it should have. We were there over 7 hours from start to finish and Odyssey was not properly washed and cleaned when we drove from the lot.
