Hannah worked with Nick on pricing to obtain a deal that was both acceptable and affordable and with Ben (who evaluated my trade). A couple of things that could be improved upon would be the time it takes to finalize paperwork. I had already made a decision to purchase a vehicle a little earlier in the day and notified the dealership that I was coming in to complete the paperwork for the purchase. I was at the dealership Friday, Feb 26th for close to 3 hrs (that included a test drive and the paperwork and I required no financing) and another 2 hrs on Saturday, Feb 27th to pick up the car (had to wait for vehicle to be detailed). When I got home with the vehicle, I found remnants of packaging/trash in the console and sticker residue on the back liftgate that wasn't removed during detailing. Spoke to Nick and he offered to take care of the issue immediately. I appreciate a dealership that will go the extra mile to make sure that a customer is happy and taken care of. The minor issues mentioned are the only reasons I rated Shottenkirk a 4 out of 5 stars. I would recommend Hannah and team if anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle! They helped in making my car buying experience a good one at Shottenkirk! More
