Was in for a oil change on Saturday 12-26-2020, attendent checked me in went to customer lounge, watched technician preform service on vehicle, tech finished up service lowered car. Then it was left sitting checked me in went to customer lounge, watched technician preform service on vehicle, tech finished up service lowered car. Then it was left sitting for 30+ min.with no one letting me know that the service had been completed. I finally went to the attendant ask if something else was wrong he checked and finally sent another attendant to let me know it was ready,In short I could have been checked out 30 min. earlier had someone preformed the task and finished up like they were supposed to. Wasn't to happy with this service. More

Bob was a great salesman......from the first conversation with my husband, to the ending transaction, there was no pressure! The general manager was just as nice and gave us a good deal.
