the service was excellent as usual! they did an oil the service was excellent as usual! they did an oil change and multi point inspection...but they must have forgotten to check the lights on my 2005 the service was excellent as usual! they did an oil change and multi point inspection...but they must have forgotten to check the lights on my 2005 element...(as my husband was driving out of the service center and stopping to enter the highway ...i noticed that one of the back brake lights was out...we didn’t have time to go back to have them fix this!) we have since replaced the bulb ourselves! even with this little issue we love the service center and always have our car serviced here! More

The service department has had to fix two major problems and one minor problem with my pilot since it was bought in February. They get a poor rating from me because it has taken anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks o and one minor problem with my pilot since it was bought in February. They get a poor rating from me because it has taken anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks on each fix before parts came in. This is unacceptable for a brand new car. More
