I had an early appointment-7:30am- for new tires, alignment and oil change. Confirmed appointment about 5:30 the day before. Then got a call saying they weren't sure they had the right size tires. I had been in the dealership that morning because of a low tire pressure warning, had been quoted a price for new tires and they didn't know the size? Because I had turned off my phone to charge, I didn't get the message until it was too late to call back. I called that morning and luckily they did have the right size in stock. It was a 3 hour wait for tires, alignment and oil change. I think that was a little bit long and there were 9 other people who came in after me but I guess they had easier issues because they all got to leave before my car was ready. More
