Pleasant car buying experience. I already knew the car I wanted it was just a matter of negotiating on price and deciding in the vehicle that was right for my needs. Darren was especially friendly and part of the reason I bought from Shottenkirk vs another “no negotiating” company. The customer service was good and I would consider them again in the future. The floor manager, Richard, was also very helpful andwas committed to making a great deal for me and then. It was late and I was ready to go and rushed them to finish cleaning up the car but overall it was a good buying experience. More

Emily did a great job of keeping me informed and updated, and, when something unexpected was discovered, took the tim by Emily and both outstanding.
