Typical sales strategy My Sales guy Bob was great, but your F&I guy was over the top "salesy". He was all about me and creating a relationship with me until I turned the extended warranty down. He actually called in his "Boss", who "educated" me on what a good deal the extended warranty was. He actually told me it was a super deal at 100 dollars over cost. There is no cost if the vehicle operates as designed, and beings it was a certified vehicle, it most certainly should not need to be repaired. This was demeaning, and I felt like I did somebody wrong by not taking the pressured presentation. I will not be back to your dealership unless you have the only vehicle in my area that I look to purchase. If you want to be different than any other dealer, lose the high pressure sell by the F&I department. I realize it is 1800.00 dollars profit, and pure profit I might add, but you are taking advantage of people. More
