The overall experience was great. Finance seemed to take longer than expected, but overall a good experience. Replacement of engine harness We first brought the car in because the SRS light was displayed on the monitor. Upon further review, they determined we needed a replacement of the engine harness can by rodents eating some of the wiring. The replacement part and service was rather expensive. Ms. Lewis was very helpful and supportive throughout our ordeal. She assisted us with our insurance company and was persistent with them in getting them to do their job. She provided us a car to drive for most of the repair time which was very helpful. She was always kind and helpful when I called to review where they were in getting the car fixed. She is definitely an asset to your service department. More

Tori was my service advisor and she was very good keeping me apprised of status of work and result of inspections. my 2018 Accord has fuel pump recall which Honda Corp. has yet to send out parts for which means I will have to return but that is not the dealers fault.
