So hard to deal with This dealership...I went in to take advantage of the no payments for 90 days promotion. Noticed when I went to sign my contract that was not the deal This dealership...I went in to take advantage of the no payments for 90 days promotion. Noticed when I went to sign my contract that was not the deal I was getting, I asked them so they changed it I sign the contract all is well. A few days later I get a call letting know the bank they picked doesn't offer that deal. So to make it right I need to come pick up a check for the first months payment and re-sign something. So I do, only to receive a copy of check and a promise to mail it... never got it, that was in April, In May, I got a call again, that I needed to sign something again.... this time they will come to me, ok check on my check please because my payment is due in June.... no word on the check... Finally after call after call, I got my check and my contract.... biggest headache of my life. So stressful to deal with. I don't even want to take my car there for service. My husband spoke with Richard and they assured him they want to "make it right" we will see. More

Will give Emily Lewis a 10 for personalized service. Would have given the Dealership a 5 Star rating, but heres why.. July 2019, I received a recall from Honda, stating the console shifter was breaking Would have given the Dealership a 5 Star rating, but heres why.. July 2019, I received a recall from Honda, stating the console shifter was breaking and to call my dealership for replacement. I called almost immediately and was asked by the service writer was the shifter broken. I replied no, and his reply was it has to be broken before we replace it. I did not argue the point but; pointed out the recall did not state the part must be broken before replaced. Bottom line I'm 87 years of age, my wife is 85 and the shifter flew apart springs and all on Walmart parking lot this June. Not able to get it out of park, the wife and I sat there well over an hour until help arrived. At least the AC was working. More
