The team at Honda went above and beyond to find the issues with my vehicle. The one mechanic even took it out and drive it twice and didn't give up until he figured out what was making the awful noise! issues with my vehicle. Had a flat spent 2 hours for them to tell me they didnt have a tire and had to order it. Came in on Monday. Had to wait 3 days to let me know warranty was only 1 year was not upfront about warranty also wa have a tire and had to order it. Came in on Monday. Had to wait 3 days to let me know warranty was only 1 year was not upfront about warranty also was charged$3.60 miscellaneous fee beside the labor fee. Been a customer long time and was not happy with this visit. Miscellaneous fee is a joke snock it in my final bill.was never told me about it. I called spoke with Eric said it was a shop fee. So sad with that visit at Honda. More
