An appointment was made to have a recall repaired. Upon arrival, I was told they are not sure when they could repair it. Once the repair was made, the radio will not work. Was told my recall repair would take 2-1/2 to 3 hours. At past 4 hours finally someone told me they were having issues and would get back to me. At 5 -1/2 hours at the dealership waiting, I took it upon myself to ask for an update. At this point I had been there from 10 am until 3:30. Not once did anyone inquire if I might need anything, might want a courtesy car to go home or even grab something to eat. I had to ask for a courtesy car because they messed up my radio during the recall repair. The courtesy car? Filthy! While I waited I heard many others there offered other repairs and it seemed to me making money off those customers was a priority over my recall repair. This dealership can do better.
