I scheduled my service in the morning and dropped the car off at 4 PM. There was no record of the service to be performed, even though I had an email confirmation that the service was scheduled. I was told to come back in two hours to pick the car up. I received a call at 5:45 to suggest having the air filter replaced for $50+ and I declined. I was at the dealership at this time waiting to pickup my car. I watched as several people were called back to pickup their car. As they were turning the lights out and closing up at 6:30 I asked about my car. I was told it had been ready for 45 minutes, but they didn't know what I looked like. They could have called my name though, right? As I was driving off the lot, my Tire Pressure light came on and has been on since, as I do not want to even go back there. More
