I had a wonderful experience. I experience a lot of anxiety going into any auto shop, but my fears were quickly calmed here. I had the pleasure of working with Damien, who quickly diagnosed my issues. My car is devil themed, and the technicians hilariously set me up with a pastor! It made for a good laugh and a fun conversation. I would choose this place over any other, any time. Such an easy and hassle free experience. I didn’t feel, even once, like I was being upsold or spoken down to. :) More

My A/C problems was diagnosed quickly and accurately, and the correct part was ordered. Honda told the dealership was going to take 2+ days and it was delivered in 2. I have not had good experiences with this dealership in the past, but I brought my HRV here because I had to get a warranty issue completed. While I was there, I asked them to check out the armrest/glove b the past, but I brought my HRV here because I had to get a warranty issue completed. While I was there, I asked them to check out the armrest/glove box because it was loose. They told me that it would cost over $600 to replace the small part! I was going to buy the part and get my husband to replace it, but they want over $300 just for the part! The windshield is cracked, so they also suggested that they could replace it for $1,200!!! Thank goodness Allstate is replacing it for free next week, but even if my insurance wasn’t covering it, it would only cost $330 at a local windshield replacement company! I’m a Toyota person, but I bought the Honda because my daughter liked it. After the experiences that I’ve had with Honda and their dealership, I’ll NEVER buy another Honda. My Toyota salesman told me that they’d be happy to service our Honda without trying to rip us off, so we’ll be taking it to North GA Toyota for maintenance or service in the future. More
