So my ABS light comes on . . . and of course my first call was to Tyler and the service Team. Chris (I think) advised that it was drivable and not unsafe, but to consider driving safer because the added call was to Tyler and the service Team. I carefully drove the 1 hour and 40 minutes (we live 90 miles from the Cartersville dealership) and the Team assessed and got me a new part ordered and back on the road with some confidence. Make no mistake . . . driving this far for service is considered (by some) (ok, by many!) to be insane. If they knew what I know about this service Team, they would gladly drive that far too! I have said it before and will again and again: This is the only place I will go for service on my Accord. It is a 2011 V6 coupe, and until Honda (or Acura!) makes something comparable, I want to keep it in top shape. The only way I know that will happen is by visiting the Team at Shottenkirk in Cartersville. Thanks again for another excellent experience. See you again when the ABS module arrives! More

I called and spoke to Chris regarding having a flat tire. He told me to come on in, that they were short handed but he would take care of me. He did.
