I made an appointment for oil change at 8:00 am on Friday Sept 10. I arrived at exactly 8:00 am. As I was getting out of my car, a lady pulled up behind me and got out of her car and went into the service de Sept 10. I arrived at exactly 8:00 am. Your service rep confronted her first as she was closer, and asked what she was there for. I heard her say an oil change. She went and sat down. The same service advisor then asked me what I was there for. I told her I had an appointment at 8:00 am and that I needed an oil change. So, nothing was said to the lady in front of me asking if she had an appointment. While waiting, she was called and told her car was ready at least 10 minutes before I was called and told my car was ready. All n all this tells me an appointment means nothing. It is first come, first serve apparently. The service advisor woman was very nice at all times, and the service was completed in a timely way. If appointments mean nothing, then you should remove them from online or called in. More

I will definitely buy another Honda product simply because of this awesome service. More

After some tech checked the cabin air filter, my glove compartment had all its items thrown back in it, with a few items left on the passenger floor that did not make it back in.
