Tried to get an oil change but service was exceptionally busy with a 2 hour wait. Emily said, if I didn’t mind getting up early, to come back the next day at 7am and I’d get right in. I’m a morning person s busy with a 2 hour wait. Emily said, if I didn’t mind getting up early, to come back the next day at 7am and I’d get right in. I’m a morning person so back I went the next morning, first in line, Chris checked me in and 60 minutes later the car was ready and I was on my way. Chris is personable, professional and thoroughly reviewed all that my car needed, why it was needed and whether or not it was needed immediately or could be postponed to a future date.
