I cannot give a higher rating. What should have bee repaired in one visit took two trips and four and half additional hours. This was even more disappointing in that when the appointment was made the i repaired in one visit took two trips and four and half additional hours. This was a known problem with my car as one light had already been replaced and Honda had extended the warranty on these lights. The fact that the customer is not believed on something that is both known to the service department and is quite obvious to identify is very disappointing.
