Since I usually go eat lunch while I get service done, the service writers phone me with the results of the preliminary overall check and any recommended services, and if I decline a service, they never argue. When I get back to the dealership, the waiting room's chairs are comfortable and sufficiently separated, and the room's tall, spotless windows give me an opportunity to bask in the sun yet remain comfortably cool inside. The vehicle service itself is always done well and efficiently, and once the service has been done, it's easy to pay and collect my vehicle. The whole experience is always smooth and pleasant. More
