At 10,000 miles I had warning lights on my dash appear stating to see my dealer. I turned my car off to go to work and when I started it up the light were gone. I went to the dealer and since they couldn stating to see my dealer. I turned my car off to go to work and when I started it up the light were gone. I went to the dealer and since they couldn’t see the lights they couldn’t do anything for me. About 5,000 miles later the lights come on again and I goto the dealer they said since that was the first time they saw it, they need to come on a 3rd time to do anything. So approximately 5,000 miles go by and the lights come on again. I goto the dealer and they tell me they need to replace a rocker arm pressure switch. So I leave my car get the repair and the light comes on yet again. The dealer now tells me they need to do a system update. Another 5,000 or so miles the lights come on again! I go back and they tell it’s the rocket arm pressure switch again. They just replaced this less than 10,000 miles ago? More

Being in the industry I stopped at a gas station, checked the pressure and saw a nail. I found the closest Honda dealer and pulled up less than an hour before close. From my advisor, to the shop Forman and technician who worked in my car, they provided excellent, genuine customer service. Allowing me to bring my cat inside while I waited, and got me back in the road safely in less than 30 minutes. Thank you gentleman. It always warms my heart when a Honda Service department shows such excellence. More
