I had to get out of my car and go inside, so I was surprised that one of the two advisors who didn’t have a customer did not come out to greet me. It was still under warranty but died last week with only 18,000+ miles on it. Shottenkirk was recommended to me, even though it is a drive from Canton. So far, very good service. More

Fair Experience As I arrived at my appointment for new tires, an alignment and change air cabin filter I was promptly greeted and checked in. Approximately, 30 minut As I arrived at my appointment for new tires, an alignment and change air cabin filter I was promptly greeted and checked in. Approximately, 30 minutes later I am told the tires I wanted were not in stock but I could choose a more expensive tire and split the difference. A bit annoyed I drove 30 mins to the dealership, then waited another 30 minutes to be told "only 3 tires on hand" and could I come back Monday. Days prior, I made the appointment and was told the tires would be ordered and waiting for me on Saturday. Emily rectified the situation by offering to replace the air filter at no cost to me. Although, I was not able to get my tires and alignment, my experience turned out better than I expected. My only qualm - make sure all four tires are IN STOCK before customer arrives for a set appointment. More
