I had to get out of my car and go inside, so I was surprised that one of the two advisors who didn’t have a customer did not come out to greet me. Polite and conscientious service advisor, Eric Staton surprised that one of the two advisors who didn’t have a customer did not come out to greet me. Polite and conscientious service advisor, Eric Staton, was helpful. It took a little longer than expected to get the battery changed out though. It was still under warranty but died last week with only 18,000+ miles on it. Shottenkirk was recommended to me, even though it is a drive from Canton. So far, very good service. More
