I made an appointment thinking, I actually had one. It took almost three hours to get an oil change. Th time frame for which I was there is beyond unacceptable. And the fact that it is impossible to sub took almost three hours to get an oil change. Th time frame for which I was there is beyond unacceptable. Safety Recall Visit After receiving a safety recall notice for my new 2019 Odyssey, I contacted Shottenkrk Honda's service department and got an appointment for 2 days la After receiving a safety recall notice for my new 2019 Odyssey, I contacted Shottenkrk Honda's service department and got an appointment for 2 days later. I arrived at appointed time and was met by Ms. Brady who settled me into the waiting area and told me the card should be done in about 90 minutes. The waiting area is nice with TVs, complementary coffee, water, and popcorn. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Car was ready on-time. No problems. This was my second visit to the Shottenkirk Service Department and I am very pleased with it. More

I wish they had called me. We walked around the showroom for an hour. When we left the dealership my car was parked in the bay at 10:15. I assumed it had not been serviced yet. We walked around the showroom for an hour. When we left the dealership my car was parked in the bay at 10:15. I assumed it had not been serviced yet. We walked around the shopping area across the street and killed over 2 hours. When we returned to check on the car at 12:30, it was in the same spot and we found out the repair had been completed at 10:11! We were never called even though your advisors knew we were waiting on the car. I hate to needlessly waste that much of a Saturday. More

Long Wait Times and No Explanations I had a minor issue with my 2018 Honda Accord last April, and it was repaired at the dealer. The same issue occurred again just 9 months later and I h I had a minor issue with my 2018 Honda Accord last April, and it was repaired at the dealer. The same issue occurred again just 9 months later and I had to go back. This required 2 different visits, both of which I was told wouldn't take long, but I waited for over 2 hours each. The second time, I had to ask someone if they knew when my car would be done, and it turns out it was finished but they lost my key and information and I had to help them find my key. I also asked why the same issue is reoccurring on a new vehicle and they couldn't give me an answer. More

30K and tire issue One reason I went with he full 30K was the wash. I was originally promised 12:30 - I also was told I would hear about my tire. Tire was Ok - good news. I asked when ready - told 30-40 minutes. I showed up at 1pm - not ready - not washed!! I was told I could wait another hour. This was not doable. If I had been told 2pm when I called I would have waited to come back. Very frustrating and the young lady I dealt with didn't really care I was upset. I realized once I left I did not receive the printout on the things they did - plus I was supposed to get pricing on other things. The same lady said it would be emailed to me--- Still waiting - nothing has come. I would like the information about what was done. to be honest I don't know if they even did everything else. FRUSTRATED!!! More
