I went there to get a tire repaired, but ended up needing replaced. I was passing thru on my way hone to Florida from Ohio and blew a tire on I-75. I took the car in at 8am, was told they needed to order a replaced. I was passing thru on my way hone to Florida from Ohio and blew a tire on I-75. I took the car in at 8am, was told they needed to order a new tire, which they didn’t have in inventory, and was told it would be delivered by noon. It wasn’t until 3pn when they finally finished putting on my new tire. I still had a 9 hour drive home, so I was in a hurry to get in my car and get on the road. It wasn’t until I got home, until I realized they sold me the wrong tire. I told them to put on the exact same brand as what I have, but they screwed that’s up. I patiently waited 7+ hours in their lobby to have the wrong tire installed. Not acceptable! More

I’ve only been to this dealership twice and only to get my vehicle serviced , however I have say everyone I’ve had contact with have been awesome to speak with and have always been courteous and knowledgea my vehicle serviced , however I have say everyone I’ve had contact with have been awesome to speak with and have always been courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing and saying , it’s a 30 minute drive from my house to the dealership but it will be my go to from now on. Honda believes they have finally fixed the problems, we are hoping. I have to say that we have seen continued improvements in the service department over the last year. In my opinion they have gone from Fair to very close to Excellent. The biggest improvement they could make at this time would be better customer communications on status and expectations. Everyone we have worked with is very friendly and working hard to get our issues resolved, didn't seem to be as much the case 9+ months ago. More
