From start to finish, shottenkirk honda surpassed all my expectations. Starting with the young lady who wrote me up, Ginger. I was in for routine maintenance but alerted Ginger to a steering issue I was hav expectations. Starting with the young lady who wrote me up, Ginger. Ginger told me parts would be ordered and she contacted me as soon as parts arrived. She scheduled the work and arranged for a loaner car for me.
